This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of TEG Food Service Bot (the "App"), operated by The Empanada's Group LLC ("The Empanada's").

1. Internal use only. The App is a private, internal tool of The Empanada's. It is licensed solely to The Empanada's and its authorized staff to process wholesale orders and to create and send invoices in The Empanada's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, distributed or offered to third parties.

2. License. The Empanada's authorized staff receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for The Empanada's business purposes. The App may not be copied, resold, sublicensed or reverse engineered.

3. QuickBooks connection. The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized connection, with the permission of an administrator of The Empanada's QuickBooks company. That administrator may revoke the connection at any time from QuickBooks. Use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

4. Customers. Customers who place orders by WhatsApp or email do not use or license the App. Their orders, invoices and deliveries are governed by The Empanada's commercial terms with each customer.

5. Data. Information processed by the App is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.theempanadas.com/privacy

6. No warranty. The App is provided "as is". The Empanada's reviews orders and invoices and may correct them at any time.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Empanada's is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes and termination. The Empanada's may update, suspend or discontinue the App or this Agreement at any time.

9. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
