The Empanada's Group LLC ("The Empanada's", "we", "us") operates TEG Food Service Bot (the "App"), an internal tool that receives wholesale orders from our food service customers by WhatsApp and email and records them in our own QuickBooks Online company. The App is used only by The Empanada's and is not offered to other businesses.

Information we process. Order details sent by our customers (products, quantities, delivery dates and notes); customer business contact information (business name, contact name, email address, phone number and billing and shipping addresses); and invoice data stored in our QuickBooks Online account (customer records, products, invoices and related amounts).

How we use it. To register customer orders, create and send invoices, prepare packing slips and delivery documents, manage inventory and production, and communicate with customers about their orders. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.

QuickBooks data. The App connects only to The Empanada's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorized OAuth connection. It reads customer and product records and creates and sends invoices. It does not access any other QuickBooks company.

Sharing. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the App: Intuit (QuickBooks Online), n8n (workflow hosting), Anthropic (order text processing), YCloud and Meta (WhatsApp messaging), Google (email) and Dropbox (document storage). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Security and retention. Access is limited to authorized The Empanada's staff. Connections use encrypted channels (HTTPS/OAuth). We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for our business and for legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices. Customers may ask us to access, correct or delete their contact information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. To disconnect the App from QuickBooks, an administrator of our QuickBooks company can revoke access at any time in QuickBooks.
